the hair treatment at jean yip @ Amk Hub was excellent! my hair feels much lighter and cleaner now, and it is not as oily as before, as shown during the free scalp check that they do for you before and after treatment. the hair stylists Vera and Carol were incredibly warm and patient as well 👍

My hair spa experiences have always been amazing and wonderful at Jean Yip Century Square. Miki and Ding did an amazing job. Their massage were incredibly and consistently relaxing and soothing. The outlet is also hijab-friendly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout. After the session, Eve attended to me and was genuinely friendly and attentive to my needs. I appreciated that there was no pressure, just a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

I went for a wash and cut and my stylist was Patrick. I'd say he's very thorough and precise when cutting. He was also nice to talk to during the cut, very informative with how I should take care of my hair.

Had a hair cut, treatment, wash and blow dry and loved every second of it. The lady who put my treatment on gave me a fantastic massage and made me feel very relaxed. The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job, as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. But she listened and cut it brilliantly. I felt very pampered and my hair is in brilliant condition after my treatment. I usually take my son to this salon (he’s only 3 and hates getting his hair cut). They are always very patient and calm with him, taking their time and not getting cross when he moves lots!

CHANEL's 12 years of experience has totally wowed my entire hair treatment experience on 21 March. She's a detailed person who listened and understood my issue and provided me with professional advice and recommendations patiently. You could tell she was dedicated, took pride in her duties and went the extra mile to provide the best for her customers. Furthermore she welcomed any questions pertaining hair and scalp care and was generous in sharing her knowledge on it with customers. On the other hand, CHANEL has good sense and taste where she was able to analyse and recommended me with hair colours that best suit my skin tone which really amazed me. Did a scalp treatment with CHANEL and I was extremely impressed by her scalp massage technique. She was able to hit every pressure point right and the whole session was soothing and relaxing. If I were to describe her massage technique with musical term, I'd say her fingers were firm and bold while massaging my scalp; as if playing accent notes with a slur rather than going through the motion effortlessly as if playing lifeless notes with legato. The whole experience felt like I was in a spa rather than a salon. Made me feel I didn't want the session to end. I did my rebond and treatment. it was good. My hair was saved that was previously damage by another salon. I was sceptical at 1st but it proves that they are an experienced stylist. Just that it will be better if the wash basin is more comfortable. I hope you change the seats to more comfortable seats. I would like to take a moment to appreciate Felicia for her kindness and she is very customer oriented.

I just completed my detox hair spa trial here @$28 (1 1/2 hrs) Aeni was just awesome. Aeni applied the right amount of pressure for the head & shoulder massage during the spa treatment. Christine patiently explained the various packages without pressuring me to sign up. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
