Very good service, very personal. Skin feels rejuvenated after each treatment, feels relaxed. Jean Yip don’t push customers packages which is very good. Its flexible and suits customer’s needs and time.

She was attentive and friendly. Besides, Joaen also gives me very good advice on how to take care of my skin and has a very good knowledge of how to treat the skin problems. Been here since 1977. I love to come this outlet to find my favourite beauty consultant (Ms. Elaine Tee) for my facial massage and treatments. Elaine is very attentive, good knowledge with my face analysis and has built good rapport with me. A very good, efficient and reliable consultant. Don’t know what to do without her till I only want her to touch my face (since 21 years ago).

I just wanted to share my experience I had with Jean Yip, Causeway Point. My consultant Joanne did an excellent job tailoring my facial treatment to suit my requirements (mainly reducing dark circles around the eyes). The beauticians Mitchell and Yi Ting did a wonderful job. I find the treatment to be very effective and see a very big improvement in my overall skin and especially around the eyes.
