Prize
1.1 The prize is one lab-grown diamond valued at $3000
1.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
1.3 The winner cannot choose the specific stone.
1.4 Jean yip reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

Winner Selection and Notification
2.1 The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
2.2 The drawing will take place on October 1, 2024.
2.3 The winner will be notified via sms within 7 days of the drawing.
2.4 The winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, prize shall be automatically forfeited.

Prize Collection
3.1 The winner must collect the prize in person at Jean Yip Loft, located at nearby Outram Park MRT within 30 days from the date of notification.
3.2 If the prize is not collected by October 31, 2024, prize shall be forfeited.

Publicity
4.1 By entering the giveaway, participants grant Jean Yip Salon Pte Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

General Conditions
5.1 Jean Yip Salon Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Jean Yip Salon Pte Ltd’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
5.2 Jean Yip Salon Pte Ltd is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software.
