Who is eligible for this promotion?
New customers aged 18 years old and above only. Singaporeans, SPRs and holders of SP/ WP/ EP/ DP with minimum of 6 months validity.
Is this promotion applicable for all hair length?
Valid for hair up to shoulder length. Surcharge of $10 applicable for longer lengths.
Is this promotion applicable for all hair colour?
The promotion is only valid for basic colouring (5 degree hair colours and below). Bleaching is not included in this promotion. For colours that requires bleaching to achieve the best results, there will be additional charges for bleaching. There will also be a $20 additional charge for creative colour top up.
How do I get the promotion?
To get the promotion, you are required to complete the online form above. Our customer service officer will arrange an appointment with you over the phone within 3-5 working days after the submission. Note: Strictly by online submission only. Not applicable for walk-in or call-in.
How many times can I redeem my $68 voucher?
The $68 voucher (cut, colour and scalp) is only valid for one redemption per customer.
What is Scalp Protector?
It is a cooling gel that will be applied to the scalp for protection during colouring of the hair. *Scalp Protection Therapy gel will be applied before hair colouring.
