With the recent spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) worldwide, I would like to personally assure you that Jean Yip Group is taking all necessary steps to protect our customers and employees and ensure that our service to our customers remains uninterrupted.

Your health and safety is our utmost concern during this time. For the past
38 years, Jean Yip Group has always placed great importance in being a customer-centric company. For all customers visiting our stores, we have implemented temperature-taking and recording of health and travel details. We apologise for we are currently unable to serve anyone with a fever, show flu-like symptoms and/or have travelled to anywhere outside Singapore in the past
14 days.

In addition, safe-distancing measures have been put into effect immediately. Customers are required to be seated at least 1 metre apart and queuing areas at the reception counter have been clearly marked out to space customers out in the queue. During this difficult time, we thank you for your kind understanding to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.

Please be assured that we take our hygiene and sanitisation practices in store very seriously. We monitor our staff’s temperature twice a day and ensure that they do not come to work if they display any symptoms of being ill. For our store hygiene practices, the surfaces where the customer is seated or located, as well as the tools and equipment that come into contact with our customer are thoroughly sanitised after each customer leaves. The reception counter is also frequently sanitised throughout the day. We have made our own hand sanitisers inhouse and placed them at the counter of each store, so that you can use them whenever necessary.

Recently, Jean Yip Hub at Plaza Singapura is very proud to attain the SG Clean quality mark, a certification that represents a high standard of cleanliness. We are in the midst of attaining the certification for the rest of our branches to give you a peace of mind when you visit our stores.

During this period of uncertainty, I have the greatest confidence in the resilience of Jean Yip Group in supporting our customers and employees.
