Very good service, very personal. Skin feels rejuvenated after each treatment, feels relaxed. Jean Yip don’t push customers packages which is very good. Its flexible and suits customer’s needs and time.

She was attentive and friendly. Besides, Joaen also gives me very good advice on how to take care of my skin and has a very good knowledge of how to treat the skin problems. Excellent service, I did 5 sessions of Tripollar face treatment and can see results. Staff do take photos of before and after which is good. Recommended my daughter here too. She is happy with the service.

I did the IPL hair removal in Jean Yip Tiong Bahru Plaza and the results are amazing. Been here since 1977. I love to come this outlet to find my favourite beauty consultant (Ms. Elaine Tee) for my facial massage and treatments. Elaine is very attentive, good knowledge with my face analysis and has built good rapport with me. A very good, efficient and reliable consultant. Don’t know what to do without her till I only want her to touch my face (since 21 years ago).

Joey and Winnie have been very helpful and know their products well. They introduced me to facial package and products to meet my needs and expectations. Thanks to the both of them, my skin conditions have improved a lot. Jean Yip’s products are very effective though slightly expensive. Thank you for the effort. Enjoyed my treatments here.
